How is the fishing and what tackle and equipment is working this week?

River Levels: Flow at Warm Springs 3760cfs and 4330cfs at Moody. Water Clarity: Warm Springs to White River 5-6ft, Below the White River 3-4ft.    Water Temperature 57-65 degrees.

Hatches: , BWOs, MIDGES,  

Fly Patterns:   Bwo's #18, X-Caddis #18, Sparkle Pupa#16, Copper John #16, BeadHead Rubber Leg Stone #4-8,  Flash Back Pheasant Tail Nymph #16, Soft Hackle Pheasant Tail #16, Prince Nymph #14, Green RockWorm #16,  BWO Nymph #16, 

14-Day Forecast:   The river is in great condition. Fish the seams and back eddy's close to the river bank before you step into the river. Caddis are everywere. Throw a #18 dry x-caddis tan or olive. A Lafontaine pupa #16 tan, Green or grey is a good nymph. Look for BWOs #18 showing around midday and early evening in the back eddy's. A good nymph setup is a tan sparkle pupa#16 and a Pheasant Tail Soft Hackle #16 trailer fly. There are Steelhead in the lower river with the best fishing below  Maupin. They are aggresive and will come up to hit flies fished on a floating line.
